Plan to ski steep lines (40-55 degrees) on Whistler and or Blackcomb in a small supportive group to afford adventurous lines in locations where one might otherwise not feel comfortable solo.  Meet at Lights Station on top of Whistler 930AM then have a warmup run or 2 together, before venturing to the most appropriate steep terrain given the conditions.  Goal is to have fun and push ourselves somewhat, in a supportive safe environment.
