A classic ski trip during Easter long weekend! We will start at the Diamondhead, and join the throngs of people to the Black Tusk. To allow for whiteouts/bad weather, to stretch the trip out (shorter days) or maybe an ascent of Garabaldi, I am planning for an extra day. Participants are expected to be self sufficient in skiing, glacier travel and multi-day travel. This is a relatively easy traverse, and I am a slow skier, but a lousy instructor so this isn't a beginner friendly trip. Priority will be given to applicants who have a vehicle and camping supplies.

Expected to bring:

Ski equipment (avi stuff, skiing stuff)

Glacier travel (harness, two prussics, two lockers, really good sunglasses)

Camping supplies (a shared tent, sleeping bag, pad)

Food for three days.
