Seymour Snow Slog

Ski Tour: Seymour backcountry 

Join us on this moderate local backcountry ski tour. The pace will be friendly with re-grouping.

Refer to Baldwin 3rd Ed, pages 38-40.

This trip is considered suitable for skiers new to backcountry. You must be able to downhill ski blue (intermediate). We might encounter some difficult sections.

Gear for Winter Backcountry travel, Avi gear (Digital transceiver, Probe, Shovel), AT Tele Split-board, Headlamp suitable for skiing.

Organizer will bring GPS with tracks; map and compass; Personal Locator Beacon; camera; first aid kit.
