The plan is to hike up to Flatiron Lake and set up camp there. I'm thinking we will then go and climb Needle Peak but depending on conditions and how the group is feeling, we could do this the next morning too. I'm thinking we'll leave mid-day on Monday and be back in the city by the evening.

I have room for 3 people in my car. If anyone is coming from Vancouver and needs a ride, I can pick you up at the Safeway at Commercial and Broadway. Let me know if you do so that we can make arrangements. If someone is coming from further out and wants to meet at the Whatcom exit in Abbotsford or somewhere else along the highway, let me know and we can figure it out. Otherwise we will meet at the Chevron on Boundary by 12th at 8am.
