Flint Feather is harder alternative to the Grouse Grind & BCMC. Situated between the 2 trails it follows a steep ridge with a creek on the right most of the way up. The trail is not a high traffic engineered trail like the Grind or much of the BCMC, its very primitive and a bit hard to follow in a few spots. It is not a race, it is great weekly training for summer activities!
