I hope to answer some of these questions, through the lens of avalanche hazard formation and pow shredding. I will go through an example of my pre-trip workflow (forecaster funnel), and then I will dive into the quirks and limitations of certain public facing weather websites. I hope to leave participants with some extra information so they can make more informed decisions regarding ski trip planning, specifically relating to weather.
