Meet at the trailhead at the far end of Mt Seymour Resort parking lot, ready to ski, at 5:15pm Thursday Nov 28. Carpooling can be arranged in the forum-please do not try to drive up Mt Seymour Road without appropriate tires.

A lap to Brockton, more if you’re keen. We will split into smaller groups based on speed and socialization. No one travels alone (up or downhill).

We will do a brief companion rescue practice at Brockton for anyone interested-not mandatory, but highly recommended. I will have 3 pieces of plywood we can put beacons under for probe strike plates.

EXPECT EARLY SEASON CONDITIONS and ski/ride with care! No one needs an injury before the season has even ramped up!

Bring your avalanche safety gear, and don’t forget your headlamp!
