Come do the grind with me after work! 

Let's meet in the Grouse Mountain parking lot at 4:30 pm. 

Feel free to go at your preferred pace and choose your preferred route (regular grouse grind, BCMC trail) and we can regroup and hang out at the top in the chalet before heading down. I will likely be downloading via gondola, but feel free to hike down the BCMC trail. 

I will be driving from downtown Vancouver and can pick up people on the way.
