Leaving Vancouver early morning around 5 am to reach the carpark by 7.30am. Will travel from the carpark up to Markhor Peak, then to Needle Peak and down the Needle Peak trail. ~11km with 1km elevation.

There is class 4 scrambling and we will bring a rope & harnesses in case we decide to rappel/belay.

Mandatory Equipment
- Harness & rappelling equipment, (prussic, ATC and carabiners)
- Headlamp

I will be bring a small first aid kit, rope & an emergency shelter.
