6:30 AM: Group convergence at the trailhead (Chilliwack Lake Road).
6:45 AM: Feet on trail. The first 4 km through the forest is brutally steep (~800m+ vertical gain). We will maintain a relentless, steady pace to test absolute cardio and physical baselines.
