23km, 2600m elevation gain.
Lots of steep forest followed by some fun scrambling up top.  I have not done this trip before but have read that the difficulty of the scramble is comparable to Sky Pilot.

Moderate but steady pace.  Likely 12-14 hours.

Florence Lake FSR seems to be in good condition but is gated about 500m before the trailhead so that will add a bit to our trip.
