North Shore Rescue will be hosting BCMC members at the NSR base for a trail/ultra running safety workshop.

The presentation will take place at:

North Shore Rescue Base
63 Bewicke Avenue, North Vancouver
Start time: 6:00 PM

The presentation will include two parts:

  •  A high-level overview of North Shore Rescue’s operations 
  •  A more specialized presentation focused on trail running and its relevance to search and rescue activities 
This session is intended for BCMC members interested in trail running, mountain travel, safety planning, and understanding how trail-running incidents relate to search and rescue work on the North Shore.

Please note that the start time is 6:00 PM.
