MEC are hosting an in store, climbing focused social event on June 27th. BCMC have been invited to set up a table at the event to engage with store members and the wider community. The event will feature climbing and outdoors clubs from across B.C, as well as other outdoor focused organisations. It'll be a great opportunity to get to know your peers in the wider outdoor community. 

We are looking for three volunteers set up the table and represent BCMC for the duration of the event. Your role will be to talk to in store members about the club's history, trip roster, mentoring programme, and generally just share with folks all that the BCMC has to offer. We will be signing up new members, selling merch, and it'd be great if all of the volunteers could put their heads together to come up with a fun, interactive challenge for people to attempt while visiting the table. 

As a thank you, MEC will be handing out a 15% discount code for use in store that day, and it should apply to almost every item store wide. 

Materials, merch, printouts, stickers etc will all be provided by the club for use on the table. On Site parking is available with the submission of your licence plate and car model.
