  2. Discounted courses & trips led by Professionals

We strongly recommend that you check the certifications and qualifications of anyone teaching a course, whether volunteer or professional.

The BCMC offers a winter and summer mentorship program to help build critical skills in the mountains with a trusted BCMC member. If you are new to the world of mountains, this is a great way to learn safety, decision making and mountain skills to carry you forward through your journey.
