A practice session suitable for riders with relatively low to moderate experience and skills. The emphasis is on riding cross-country as opposed to downhill (North Shore). This means riding single track with roots, bridges, some skinnies (low), and some drops (rolled). These are all good skills to hone in preparation for using your mountain bike as an approach tool.
You must bring asuitable mountain bike with suspension (hardtail ok), helmet, gloves, and knee/shin armour (unless you are confident that you don't need the armour).
We will meet at the Chevron near Boundary and Grandview hwy, leaving at 6pm sharp. You can also meet at the North Road trailhead around 6:20pm.
