UPDATE: Postponed to Monday due to weather

A low elevation shoulder season hike, suitable for anyone wanting to stretch their legs or work towards finishing off 103 hikes.  We will hike from Halkett Bay over Mt. Artaban and down to Long Bay on the backside of the mountain.

Trip will be postponed if weather forecast is for worse than a drizzle on the trip date (decision will be made Thursday before the trip).

Getting to Gambier Island requires taking a water taxi, which is $25 each way.  If a large number of people sign up (i.e. > 8) then we should be able to obtain a group discount.
