The meeting will take place in East Vancouver around Commercial and 1st Avenue and will be shared by email with executive members.
The retreat is planned for Friday, February 16, 6:30 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Saturday, February 17, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. .
