b) Hurley Road turnoff on the Lillooet River FSR (remaining 8 participants)

o   Trip Numbers

·         Number of participants: maximum 12 (apologies that this is less than previously planned, however space inside the North Creek hut is less than anticipated). These 12 spaces will go to those who first confirm their booking by making a full payment.

·         Should there be sufficient interest (minimum 8 participants), it may be possible to arrange an additional week at North Creek, Feb 24-Mar 3. The hut has been provisionally booked for that period. One of the participants will need to volunteer to play the role of assistant trip leader.

o   Cost

·         Payment terms:

o Payment in full is due by November 16, 2018

o No refunds after January 16, 2018

o   Group equipment (i.e. will be provided)

·         1 x satellite phone

·         2 x radios

o   Food

·         All food will be prepared on a group basis

·         A rota will be created, two people each day will prepare food and clean dishes for all 12 participants (breakfast, lunch and supper)

·         Each rota pair will also be responsible for grocery shopping to purchase supplies for ‘their’ day – i.e. sufficient food for breakfast/lunch/dinner for all participants.

o   Volunteer roles to be filled

1.    Food – create and manage rota

2.    Carpool - co-ordinate private vehicles to Pemberton and Hurley Turnoff on Lillooet River FSR
