Basic outline:

Park at Snowcat shed parking on Chance Cr. Skin up logging road (6km) to route described in Baldwin book. Round trip 19 km, 1475 m elevation gain. Goal is to keep a moderate to fast pace.

Meetup and logistics:

Meet at Saint David's church for a convoy to the trailhead. 6:30 departure. Unless BCMC and Public Health guidelines change, carpooling is only allowed with your household/bubble.

After answering the questions, the tool must return a "You do not need a COVID-19 test at this time" or a "You don't appear to have symptoms of COVID-19" result.

Gear required: 

• Digital transceiver, Metal Shovel, Probe
• Headlamp
• Backcountry ski equipment/splitboard + skins
• Navigation tools (gps/phone with battery backup)
• First aid and repair kit
