We will start from the Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve. This approach starts with a 10km bike on a new road. We will head up to Seymour Valley Lookout.

We will hit Coliseum Mtn on the way to Mt Burwell. The hiking section is about 5km with 1300m of elevation gain. There could potentially be snow so microspikes would be wise to bring. Haven't done the this hike before so we may need to turn back if the scrambling section is a bit sketchy at the top due to rain/snow/ice.

I am expecting the day to be about 6 hours long. Grouse Grind time under 49min and the ability to hike with minimal breaks is required. Short group for this trip.
