Meet at the trailhead at 6pm. Do the Grind at a social pace. Socialize over beer/food after if desired. You're also welcome to go more slowly/quickly and meetup in the lodge afterwards.
Many BCMC trips ask whether you can do the Grind in 1 hour, so come and find out!
