Winter mentorship rope skills session - 

In this session, we will review use of ropes for mountaineering. For example, tying into a rope, setting up for belay, anchors for snow and rock, glacier travel.

This is not a course, this is not a substitute for a course!  Intended as an intro / refresher on how ropes can be used in mountaineering. 

Location details will be in the planning forum.  Date may be moved, to be confirmed. 
Participants will need to bring a harness, headlamp, snacks and water. Appropriate gear for outdoors for several hours.
