Happy Hour at Red Truck Beer at 5:30PM  - 7PM for a meet n' greet! Find other backcountry skiers/splitboarders at the same level as you, meet BCMC members, and ask some of the experts (experienced) for some tips and tricks. Space is limited to 20 people on the covered and heated patio so please turn up on time to ensure you have a spot. 

Newbies: Have less than 20 full days in the backcountry in the last 2 years.

Intermediate: Have more than 20+ full days in the backcountry in the last 2 years and you have toured in many different areas (Sea to Sky, Interior, International, Heli-access, hut touring etc).

Experienced: Have many years of backcountry experience. You've done a wide variety of trips.
