I am planning to practice some rope skills on Wednesday evening at Greenwood Park in North Vancouver.

My focus will be on practicing ascending a fixed rope using prussics but will probably spend some time on rappel set-up as well. The quarry at Greenwood has a short wall with easy access to the top which is great for these types of sessions. 

This is not a course per se, just a chance to practice and share knowledge. 

Participants should bring harnesses, helmet, anchor material, belay device, prussics, personal anchor, etc. Bring rock shoes if you want to try any of the boulder problems.
