Any females free to hike Alouette Mtn via west canyon trail at a steady pace this Friday? I  hope to find others of a similar pace.  Went to frosty 21km trail today and took about 6hrs 55 mins to complete including breaks.  Most recent BCMC  time going up is 1hr 11 mins and going down is 1hr 13 mins.  Trying to get back in shape now.
