I've booked two campsites at Wedgemount lake for the night of Friday July 3 so the plan is to drive up and do the hike to the campsite Friday afternoon, camp overnight and then do the traverse and the return trip on Saturday July 4.

I put some placeholder times in but it could be an option to go earlier and maybe do some more hiking from Wedgemount Lake on the Friday if the group would like.

You will absolutely need a helmet and footwear you are comfortable scrambling in.  Camping gear we can probably sort out if you are short anything.
