A classic alpine climb in Rogers Pass, rated at 5.6 climbing grade.
This one has been on my list for a while. Last year I missed the opportunity to do this one due to weather and other commitments. The weather looks great this weekend in Rogers Pass. I guess it's time to pull it off. We'll drive to Rogers Pass from Vancouver on Saturday, car camp for the night, start hiking on early Sunday and finish on the same day and drive back to Vancouver on Monday. Driving will be around 7 hours one way. You should be solid at leading 5.6 at least and have done some similar trips before to join this trip. We'll be moving at moderate-faster pace.
Distance: 17.9km Elevation gain: 1769m
