Hey happy hikers, 

Following the successful summer presentation from NSR on trail running workshop, what sort of presentation would you like to see from North Shore Rescue next?

Here are some ideas I heard before:

-a tour of the NSR base
- Presentation from NSR medical doctors (I wouldn't know what specific topic to subject to them, I would like you readers to expand on what you want to see)
