Trip Report

Well this was an interesting trip.

Only two of us went.

As soon as we got to the hot springs 4 private helicopters arrived.

they shuttled in 40 people plus gear.

There were many bikini clad models everywhere .

The people were very freindly and respectful ( including garbage removal).

they had a dj , and lots of refreshments , we were welcome to join them.

next day one fellow comes by and says do you want a lift out .

We said yes. They ferried out a total of 12 people that hiked in.

we had a burger and beer at mile 1 around 3pm and drove home.

another great bcmc trip

The weather forecast was originally for rain, so we expected to be making more use of the hut, but by the time the long weekend arrived, it was sunny and warm with just a little snow on the ground.
