Participant Information

Only 2 hours South of Montreal (5 hours North of NYC) is Poke-O-Mooshine. As it says on Mountain Project, it's an impressive cliff for the Adironcdacks. Or for the East at all, for that matter.

A large selection of quality trad routes, some bolted routes (but tend to be 'sporty'). Recommended climbs include:

Gamesmanship   5.8+ Trad, 5 pitches, 500' 
The Sting   5.8+ Trad, 1 pitch, 80'
Bloody Mary   5.9+ Trad, 6 pitches, 500'
The Fastest Gun   5.10b  Trad, 4 pitches, 500'
