Participant Information

Only 2 hours South of Montreal (5 hours North of NYC) is Poke-O-Mooshine. As it says on Mountain Project, it's an impressive cliff for the Adirondacks. Or for the East at all, for that matter. A large selection of quality trad routes, some bolted routes (but tend to be 'sporty').

We'll carpool and/or rent a car for the day. We will leave Sunday morning at 8:00am and return late Sunday night. Ensure you have a valid passport, for travel into the US.

Note the PEREGRINE CLOSURES on some routes - Here are the closures:   http://www.dec.ny.gov/outdoor/7870.html

Some route ideas to avoid the closures:
Far left end (left of closure):

Bushido. First pitch 10b. Second pitch 11c corner.
Static Cling 10c
Certified Raw 10b
Son of a Mother 10b
Phase III 9++ (off width!)

Right of the closure:

Great Dihedral 9+. Two pitches, wide Houdini slot on crux second pitch
C-Tips 10c single pitch crimpy face with some bolts
Son of Slime 10a. Crux traverse and then second pitch 9+ face.
Cooney-Norton 10b first pitch face climb with some bolts
Cosmopolitan Wall single pitch 10c face
