Participant Information

A casual and fun outing to practice crack climbing. The goal is to practice as many of the techniques in the videos as possible and get immediate feedback on what went well and what went poorly. Joking will gain you extra points, especially if we all get a laugh. The format to pick a few cracks that we can all get on. When climbing, someone can video your climbing. When you're back on the ground observers can go the through the video while another team climbs and videos.





Equipment to bring:

  • Helmet

  • Harness

  • Belay device

  • Climbing shoes

  • Climbing rope

  • Trad climbing rack

  • Video camera, smart phone, tablet to share videos


Skills to bring:

  • Belaying

  • Leading

  • Whatever climbing skills you have


Meetup info: 6 pm at the Smoke Bluffs or Murrin Park parking lot based upon who joins and what people would like to do.
