Participant Information

The game plan is to drive up to Chek climbing area Friday after work.Preferably between 4-5 pm

There are nice campsites which accommodate 2-3 tents per site.Hopefully there will  be space. If we get there early we might  do a little evening climbing. Climb most of Saturday and Sunday .

Hopefully explore a few of the crags in the area.

Youll need your own camping and climbing gear .Including the basics ( harness ,belay device, helmet , PAS,

as well as anchor material )additional gear such as a rope and quick draws  would be useful.

Ideally It  would be nice if we had  1 rope per 2 person team to facilitate lots of climbing.

Ill bring a large cooler with ice I can share  and a 2 burner propane stove.

After climbing Sunday we can go for dinner in Squamish.
