The classic, standard route on Shuksan. We will hike in and camp at the top of Fisher Chimneys on Saturday, have an alpine start early on Sunday to attempt the peak. I would like to take either the class 3/4 gully climb or the 5.4 SE rib climb. We can further discuss these options in detail. The trip will be dependent on the weather.
A short summary of the route can be found here: http://www.summitpost.org/fisher-chimneys/155674
For a more detailed description, please refer to Alpine Select (climbs in SW BC and Northern WA), pg 352.
Route statistics:
Elevation gain: 2060m
Return trip: 27km
Alpine Grade: AD-
