One of my passions has been working out and staying fit. The way I stay fit is from calisthenics in other words bodyweight workouts. It really inspires me and hopefully inspires you to continue to push yourself and reach a higher level of overall fitness. Along with workouts, I will also be holding a stretch session every 3rd day. We will be doing two days of working out with 1 day of stretching. We will be going back and forth for 14 days straight.
What you need in this workout
- All you need to participate in my workout and stretches are a floor and a wall.
- If you have some small weights or a pull-up bar that would be an added bonus.
