Participant Information

The BCMC Executive would like to invite you to a Volunteer Appreciation Event to say "THANK YOU' to the many people that made an amazing season of a variety of events possible!

This Volunteer Appreciation Event is open to the many energetic volunteers who have contributed so much in organizing socials, trips, courses, and providing much needed help with building/repairing our cabins and trails, to make the BCMC a great and successful club.

If you have volunteered or are volunteering for the BCMC, please come and enjoy an evening of food and community.

We will be providing sandwiches and salads (individually wrapped).  Bring your own non-alcoholic drinks and utensils.  You are welcome to bring your own BBQ stove and cook your own food.  There will be no food sharing.
