Participant Information

DISCLAIMER: I have never been on this mountain nor I consider myself an expert touring guide. Although I chose this peak because it is considered beginner friendly, I strongly recommend that you have at least one season on your BCMC resume. Please join the trip at your own risk.

Meeting point TBA pending updates to BCMC COVID-19 policies in effect at that time but tentatively the falls lake parking area ready for beacon checks at 8:30.

Bring avy gear, snacks, water, and the 10 essentials.

Definitely bring extra layers and extra gloves because weather can change quickly.

The evening before the trip we will chat over Zoom to review the avalanche forecast and set out the goal of the trip (multiple laps or a more relaxed approach).

For COVID safety, please travel only with your bubble.

COVID-19 screening link:
After answering the questions, the tool must return a "You do not need a COVID-19 test at this time" or a "You don't appear to have symptoms of COVID-19" result.
