Participant Information

So sorry for those who tried to join, we had opened the event up to non-members and my zoom link couldn't hold enough people so we swapped zoom links and i didn't update this!!

I will run this event again so that those who wanted to see the full zoom can, if you are interested please sign up below and let me know. Thanks. If not i will run again next winter season.

This is a zoom presentation (with availability for question and answer) for what to pack for a winter camp (zoom link below).

Camping in the snow/below zero for the first few times can be pretty intimidating when you haven't a clue what you should bring, to not just survive but actually stay warm and enjoy yourself, and without carrying so much gear your legs buckle under the weight.

This is to go over some tips I've learned along the way (some of them the hard way). Although this isn't about how to keep pack weight down I've found many people ask these questions so I've included some tips on that too (my 55L pack usually weighs 35-40lb for a weekend trip including avi gear, etc).

I've attached my packing list to this event so you have a copy for yourselves, and if people want a copy of the presentation (for the tips) please message me afterwards and i will send to you.

I've booked for 1.5 hours because although I keep trying to keep this to 1 hour the questions often take it longer than an hour.
