Day 3 - 9km / 300m Sliamon Lake to Powell River, Shingle Mill Pub, for a well deserved beer, then taxi back to Lund, then drive back to Vancouver via ferry to Earls cove from Powell River then ferry to Vancouver from Langdale.

This trip will run rain or shine and participants ought to be comfortable hiking and camping in whatever conditions arrive. Rain is likely. All hiking is below snow line. A light heart and sense of humour is mandatory. Days are long and this is a demanding trip so pace will be catered to getting the job done safely and enjoying ourselves along the way. Early dawn start on Day 2 will be critical. Slow to moderate pacing with hourly rest breaks. No racing.
