The demo forest is one of my favorites places for an easy evening bike ride or hike, and has lots of options to use the trails for a bit of extra cardio if it fits the group.
Meet at Rice Lake parking lot (top of Liloeet Road parking lot near washrooms)
Meet up time: 6pm
Duration: max 2 hours
There are lots of options to choose from based on the participants joining...we will decide closer to date and as people sign up.
Just a quick reminder, this series is open to eveyone but the overall goal is just a casual and socially paced outing...bring your good vibes, stories and jelly bellies to share :)
