This trip is snow dependent. Will be confirmed in the planning forum Wednesday, Nov 13 (at the latest), but I’m optimistic that the freezing levels will come down enough to bring us some snow at the tail end of this storm. Pray to Ullr!
Meet at the trailhead at the far end of Mt Seymour Resort parking lot, ready to ski, at 5:00pm Thursday Nov 14. Carpooling can be arranged in the forum, but rockstar parking won’t be an issue as the resort isn’t open yet.
A lap to Brockton, more if you’re keen.
We will do a brief companion rescue practice at Brockton for anyone interested.
EXPECT EARLY SEASON CONDITIONS and ski/ride with care! No one needs an injury before the season has even ramped up!
Bring your avalanche safety gear, and don’t forget your headlamp!
