Trip Planning Questions

1. Please confirm you are US or Canadian citizen or you hold a passport that allows free entries in both countries without the need to stop at the border and get special permission/visa. If not, please let me know and I'll send you the meeting spot across the border, as you'll need to drive and cross on your own.

2. Can you drive, how many people can you take(any car car make it to the trailhead as long as it has snow tires)?

Participant Information

I don't think that we will have much or any sun, but nevertheless this trip never fails to deliver.

There should be plenty of new snow, so lots of trailbreaking might be required...

Even during a snow storm there are very nice areas for safe skiing.

We might do a loop around Herman saddle, depending on the viz and conditions.

Please make sure you are able to enter the US and Canada without visas and such. If not, you can meet us on the other side of the border, as you'll need to cross on your own, sorry.

Will be moving at a moderate pace. Not for slow people, sorry.

NOT a snowboarder friendly trip as it has lots of up and downs.

Please be considerate and do NOT sign up unless you are 100% committed for the trip and you are at least an intermediate skier(can do black runs in any conditions, including trees, have done at least 10 trips in the backcountry) in the Backcountry. If in doubt about your capabilities send me a message and we can talk about it.
