A placeholder for now, but intention is to spend Saturday night at the hut.
We'll purchase passes at Whistler base, ride the gondola to Roundhouse, and make our way to the hut via the Flute Summit backcountry gate.
Packing, meal planning, car-pooling to be determined via video call a few days earlier.
Booking the hut 90 days out is key here, which Eddy has noted is Dec 15. I think the key is to stay awake until after midnight on the 14th and then hopefully we can grab our spots. More details to come.
