Meet up at rubble creek parking lot on Jan 1st, 2025 at 2:00 am. (Sunrise is around 8:00am, so we should have plenty of time)
Daisy lake road can be icy in the winter, if the conditions are bad we may have to park close to the highway and add an extra 1~2.6km (max) hike to the trailhead. Carpooling can be discussed in the planning forum.
Trip is going to be weather and avalanche risk dependent, estimating 12-13hrs round trip including break time and photo time on the summit.
Last section can be icy, crampons (not micro spikes) and ice axe needed. not to mention headlamp(s), snowshoes, warm clothing, 10 essentials....etc. etc.

<Not a beginner trip. If you've never used crampons or had experience in steep winter terrain this trip is not recommended>
Lastly a photo that got me arranging this sleep depriving event......
