Myself and Francis (and hopefully you!) will spend 2 weeks doing a float plane assisted ridgeline traverse in the Kitimat range. We would land on an inlet then bushwhack up through the forest to ridgeline. Then, traverse for 2 weeks with a food drop in the middle, and then bushwhack back down to a large lake for pickup.

The terrain is mostly unknown - there will definitely be glaciers, some scrambling and maybe some easy climbing as well as a river crossing, so experience with those things is a must for us since it's a small group and we'll have to rely on each other. Our aim is to find 2-3 more participants which would fill the Beaver float plane, but if there is a lot of interest we could also look at the possibility of flying in a second group (10 people total). The more the merrier IMO especially in grizzly territory.

I have already confirmed that the float plane (Tweedsmuir Air) will be available to us for these dates, and that they are able to do drop off and pickup at the bodies of water that we've picked. I'm being intentionally vague about location because of the potential for unclimbed peaks, but if you come with us on the trip we would love for you to be part of the planning!

**Note on financials:
I will require everyone to make a deposit towards holding the float plane for the trip so it's not completely on my shoulders if someone bails last minute. The deposit will go towards total trip cost, and amount etc will be confirmed once we decide on a team. :)

Approx cost of the flights will be somewhere in the range of $1100 per person (incl food drop).
