Participant Information

The Outpost is a crag at the end of the Chekamus FSR with five multipitch fully bolted sport routes ranging from 5.9 to 5.11a.

I've done several of these climbs and would love to go back as a group and do several of them in a day.

Participants must be proficient at lead and multipitch belaying and be comfortable onsighting at least 5.9. All routes involve multiple rappels to descend so please be comfortable rappelling independently. If you want to join and top rope/follow most of all of the pitches please send me a message privately, as this can be arranged as long as there are enough participants who are signed up that are willing to lead most/all of the pitches.

Access requires a high clearance vehicle, which I do not have, so if nobody has a suitable vehicle, be prepared to hike about an extra 1 h to the base of the climbs.

Trip details will be arranged via WhatsApp group once all participants are confirmed and is subject to cancellation if weather is unfavorable.
