Annual Chili & Ski Film Social- pre season kick off!
Kicking off the snow season with good food, good company, and plenty of stoke!

Join us for a cozy pre-film social—chili, laughs, and snow talk—before we head over to centennial theatre
to watch Matchsticks Productions - After the Snowfall ski film and dream of powder days ahead.
When: Thursday Oct 16
Time:
- 5pm-7 - Chili at Stacy's (22nd & Lonsdale)
- 7-9:30(ish) - After The Snowfall Film at Centennial Theatre
- 9:30 - optional beverages at a local spot (tbd)
Cost:
- Buy your own tickets for the film
- Chili contribution: $20
Drinks: I will have some basic non alcoholic drinks, bring your own preferred/alcoholic drinks.
Chili contributions will go towards vegetarian and meat chilis (both beanless), with all the fixings
Please purchase your film tickets and rsvp as soon as possible!
RSVP BY OCTOBER 9, so I have the final numbers and can start the preparations...its gonna be soooo good!
In the past, we tried potluck style, but with everyone arriving at different times, the meal didn’t always come together smoothly. Last year, I cooked up the chilis, set out all the fixings, and it was hot ‘n’ ready the moment the first guest walked in—no waiting, no missing pieces. It was a real chili-bration!
