Participant Information
Hopefully we get enough snow to do a bit of skiing to get the season started, practice companion rescue and get in a bit of skiing.
This will be an evening run - bring headlamp.
Required
- avalanche safety gear (transceiver-CHECK YOUR BATTERIES BEFORE YOU LEAVE, shovel, probe)
- skins
- poles
- skis
- appropriate clothes of being out a night and standing around for a bit (bring a foam seat if you like sitting)
We could benefit from an additional transceiver and a bag/box to store it in that can be probed.
