The goal will be to climb Thar’s NE Couloir. It’s been on my list for a long time so I think this is the year to climb this Coq Classic.
the plan will be to leave early in the morning, and either ski or snowshoe across Falls Lake, ascend the run out, and climb the couloir and descend the snow shoe/m track out.
Participants must have AST1, ice tools, crampons, be able to lead belay, and be comfortable contributing to the decision making process. I can bring my dry rope.
If anyone who has done this before and is keen to come out again, you’re also more than welcome
