This is a multi day trip covering likely 50km+ it will be strenuous and may be technically demanding, AST competency and backcountry experience are essential. Please give concrete examples of your experience (what and when?) in the backcountry. Valid examples are as follows:
I climbed Mount Rainer in June of 2025 on DC route in 2 days.
I have AST 2 and took a crevasse rescue course in 2023
I skied mount baker via CD route in 11 hours round trip in June 2025. I skied/summited Mount Garabaldi in Spring of 2024
I scrambled Mount Judge Howay class 4 in 2024 etc
I can ski Double Blacks in Whistler etc
I covered 200km backpacking in 6 days in Chamonix france with 6000m of elevation gain (i.e. fitness)
Bad examples that give the trip organizer little to no idea of your experience are:
I like to ski and splitboard
My fitness is "good"
I like to climb intermediate mountaineering objectives
I have done some touring
